MoneyMade™ provides financial education and guidance, including:

– The Make It Model™ educational framework

– A free financial foundations assessment (“CHECK”)

– Introductions to FCA-regulated financial advisers (“ACT”)

– Employer-focused financial education services

MoneyMade™ is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or any products such as loans or investments. All information is for educational and guidance purposes only.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for any decisions you make based on guidance provided by MoneyMade™. You must carry out your own research and seek financial advice where appropriate. While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no guarantees as to completeness or accuracy.

Our CHECK assessment provides indicative results only and does not substitute for professional financial advice. Results are based on the information you provide and do not guarantee future financial outcomes.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Financial Adviser Introductions (ACT):

When you request an introduction, we connect you with FCA-regulated financial advisers. We share your contact information and assessment results (if applicable) with the matched adviser and their support team. The relationship is directly between you and the adviser—MoneyMade™ is not a party to that relationship. You are responsible for your own due diligence. Any fees are between you and the adviser. While we work only with qualified, FCA-regulated advisers and make every effort to connect you with suitable professionals, we cannot guarantee the suitability, quality, or outcomes of any advice or services they provide.

Third-Party Links: The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or make representations about these sites and accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of them. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

7. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. EMPLOYER SERVICES

When we provide Employer Services, a separate written agreement will specify the scope of services, fees, terms, and cancellation/refund policies.

– Your use of or inability to use the Website or Service

– Reliance on content, guidance, or assessment results

– Financial decisions you make based on information from the Website

– Errors or omissions in Website content

– Acts or omissions of third-party financial advisers

– Service interruptions or technical issues
